Context
Psychologists and life coaches run paid one-on-one sessions on Google Meet and Zoom.
Problem
The admin team had no reliable record of whether a session started on time, who attended, or when a coach asked to extend it.
What I did
- Built a Manifest V3 extension that reads participants from the Google Meet and Zoom web pages and looks up the matching consultation order.
- Added an API-key protected Spring Boot endpoint that upserts attendance and session events into MongoDB.
- Built an attendance page in the Nuxt consultation CMS that reads those records through admin endpoints.
- Sent extend-time and status events to an n8n webhook, ready to be routed to an admin channel.
