AI-Assisted Recruitment System

Context

The HR team ran recruitment through scattered forms and spreadsheets.

Problem

Candidates, stages, and notes lived in different places, making screening slow.

What I did

• Built a Nuxt 3 monolith with Nuxt UI, Prisma, and PostgreSQL (Supabase): a multi-step application portal with CV upload and an admin dashboard for stages, evaluations, and interviews.
• Accepted applications from the existing Tally form through an n8n workflow that forwards submissions to the app webhook.
• Used Firebase Auth for admin identity with roles stored in PostgreSQL.
• Added an AI admin assistant (Vercel AI SDK, OpenAI-compatible provider) that searches candidates and can set screening results, schedule interviews, or send emails only after an admin approves each action.
• Wrote an in-app guide so HR can operate it without engineering help.
